Our Story

Picture this: Melbourne, a city bursting with diverse flavors and endless culinary adventures. That's where our journey began, fueled by our passion for food and a desire to share our flavorsome heritage with the world.

It all started with a lightbulb moment during our brainstorming session. We were thing of food concept and what type of restaurant we want to offer. Our beloved Matriarch Erlinda whipped up her legendary Pork Sisig, and bam! We knew we had struck gold. Sisig became our star, stealing the show with its mouthwatering taste and versatility. Form there Sisig Mix was born.

But we didn't stop there. Oh no, we let our imaginations run wild, dreaming up creative ways to serve our beloved Sisig. From pita wraps inspired by Greek Souvlaki to loaded tortilla rolls with fries, we had a blast brainstorming and testing out new menu ideas.

Beyond borders

As we delved deeper into our culinary exploration, we couldn't help but notice the lack of Filipino and Persian flavors in the Aussie food scene. That's when inspiration struck again. Why not bring the best of both worlds together in delicious fusion dishes? And thus, our Sisig Burrito, Persian Tahchin Arancini, Adobo mushroom Taco, and Beef Tapa Loaded fries were born.
