Our Story

Melbourne—a city of vibrant flavors and culinary adventures. That’s where Sisig Mix was born, driven by our passion for food and love for sharing our heritage.

It all started with a spark during a brainstorming session. When our Matriarch Erlinda served her legendary Pork Sisig, we knew we had found our star. Sisig’s mouthwatering taste and versatility became the heart of our concept.

We didn’t stop there. Inspired by global flavors, we crafted unique dishes, from Sisig Burrito to our Adobo Mushroom.

 

At Sisig Mix, tradition meets creativity—and every bite tells a story.

Beyond borders

As we explored further, we noticed the absence of Filipino and Persian flavors in the Aussie food scene. That’s when inspiration struck—why not blend the best of both worlds? This sparked the creation of our Sisig Burrito, Persian Tahchin Arancini, Pork Mayo Taco, and Beef Tapa Loaded Fries.
